Shipping & Delivery

1. Physical Products

Physical products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, then shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Shipping time is added after production and depends on the destination, carrier, and shipping option selected at checkout.

Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Free shipping, when available, follows the same standard delivery timeframe as the paid standard shipping option shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on production time, destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

2. Order Processing

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

For physical products, your order will then move into production. Once the item has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your physical order has shipped, you can use the tracking number to follow the package through the carrier’s tracking page.

If tracking has not updated right away, please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update the package information.

4. Digital Downloads

After successful payment, your download link will be available through your order confirmation email or customer account area, depending on the checkout setup.

If you have trouble accessing your download, please check the FAQ on the Contact page first. If you still need help, send us a message through the contact form and we will help resolve it.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has entered production or shipping.

Wondermyth is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

6. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are set by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays outside of Wondermyth’s control.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. If the tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number.

We will review the issue and help where possible.
